Returns Policy

 

At Rosenberg's we understand that every foot is a little bit different and every shoe is made a little bit differently too.

Despite our knowledge of our range, we understand that just because this shoe is the same size as your last pair of shoes, there is unfortunately no guarantee it will fit exactly the same. We also know that as our sized shoes are so rarely kept in 'normal' shoe shops, it's nearly impossible to try on the shoe before you buy it from us. For this reason we offer a comprehensive returns policy.

If the shoe doesn't fit, you don't like it or is in any way faulty just send it back to us along with the Returns Form and your original receipt. Please make sure you fill out all the information.

 

Please return the shoes to us with in two weeks of receiving them. Shoes returned outside of two weeks may only be eligible for a credit note.

 

If the shoes are faulty, please write a detailed description of the problem in the return form and preferably call us before putting them in the post. When we receive the shoes, we will appraise the shoes and any faults. If the shoes are deemed faulty, we will credit you the cost of the shipping as well as providing you with a full refund, exchange or credit note.

When we receive the shoe, we will call you for your credit card details so we refund you and you don't have to send your credit card details in the mail or over email. If you don't hear from us within a week of sending your shoes back, please call us to follow up, on +61 (03) 9510 2843. If we cannot make contact with you within a reasonable time after receiving the shoes, we will issue you with a credit note - so please answer your phone or call us back!

 

IMPORTANT

When returning shoes:

  • Please wrap the shoe box(es) or put them into another box. Remember, you are returning the shoes and they may be purchased by somebody else. The box needs to be in an as new condition too. Please don't cover the box in sticky tape or attach your address directly to the box
  • Make sure your name is marked clearly on the box and the returns form
  • Please do not mark "return to sender" if you are returning a pair of shoes. You will need to pay for the postage and if the shoe is deemed faulty or we have previously agreed, we will then refund your postage costs.
