2. Can I get a refund on my purchase with Afterpay?
We only offer a refund on items purchased at full price. Items purchased on sale via Afterpay are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
3. Can you process my Afterpay refund if I come in store?
We are unable to process Afterpay refunds immediately in store. You are able to drop off your items in store, and we will process your refund within 5 business days. Afterpay will email you about your return, and advise on refunded money or change in payment schedule.
4. I would like to buy shoes on Afterpay and have them shipped internationally, is this possible?
Unfortunately due to international postage rates, we are unable to allow international shipments to be paid for with Afterpay.
5. What do I need to sign up for Afterpay?
You will need to be over the age of 18, have an Australian debit or credit card, and have a valid email address and phone number, and an Australian residential address. You do not need to provide a credit history. If you’re having trouble with signup, please contact Afterpay directly - by emailing email@example.com or calling 1300 100 729.
6. Is there an Afterpay spend minimum?
No, Rosenberg Shoes has no minimum order value to use Afterpay.
7. Is there an Afterpay spend maximum?
Yes, the maximum order delivery (including postage) is AU$1,000
8. Do I have to pay extra for delivery?
Our $10.00 Australian flat rate shipping cost is automatically included in your Afterpay purchase order.
9. How do I pay using Afterpay?
At the checkout, please select Afterpay as your payment option, and follow the instructions.
10. I’m having problems with Afterpay, can you help?

11. How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Ordering with Afterpay will not delay your order, and it will be dispatched as soon as we process your order.
12. Can I cancel or change my order?
No, once your order has gone through Afterpay we are unable to make changes.

No, orders must be processed through our online store.
